| This 1:200 scale model represents the first ever Boeing 777 in its original Boeing roll-out livery. It was used by Boeing for testing and certification of this aircraft type -- first flight: June 12, 1994. The Boeing 777 twinjet was designed to meet market demands and, in 1996, the technically advanced jetliner was awarded the Collier Trophy for top aeronautical achievement. The 777-200 can take 305 passengers 5,210 miles. The 777-300 can carry 368 passengers 5,955 miles. Launched in February 2000, the 777-200LR and 777-300ER airplanes can fly 8,818 or 7,175 miles, respectively, bringing the comfort and economic advantages of the 777 to nonstop routes that have never before been possible.
